Pushes are excluded from the winning-percentage denominator.
Only official selections approved and published with an immutable game, market, line, odds, sportsbook, selection timestamp, and publication timestamp may qualify.

- Service-fee refunds never reimburse gambling losses.
- Unverified, reconstructed, hypothetical, or research records are excluded.

- State-by-state review of paid sports-selection and handicapping-service rules, licensing, registration, tax, and consumer-protection duties.
